I have been before and had great experiences but today was awful and borderline traumatic. The stylist went at my head with sharp clippers in the wrong direction. This was painful at times and I have burn/cut marks all over my head and neck. To pay $24 to have this pain and left over marks all over is ridiculous. I think the other stylist in the shops knew that this was being done all wrong. I have photos of the marks all over my head and neck and hope to hear from someone so we can follow up on this.

I usually have Kesha cut my hair but today I was in a rush and I had Amber cut it. Big mistake. I asked for a low skin fade, the same thing I have always gotten, but that apparently is actually a High fade?????? Not pleased.
